Zhang Xianzhong, graduated from the East China University of Politics & Law with an LL.B, then earned the LL.M at China University of Political Science & Law. Mr. Zhang is a licensed Chinese lawyer, vice-director of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association Stock & Futures Legal Operation Commission, the committeeman and branch secretary of the Guangdong Lawyers Association Stock Legal Operation Commission, partner, director and senior attorney of Shanghai AllBright Law Office, Shenzhen Branch. He used to be the syndic of the China Institute of Private International Law and researcher at the China Institute of Attorney. He has quick responsiveness, eloquence, and a firm foundation in professional knowledge. His legal instruments are of high quantity as he is especially accomplished in nonlitigious legal matters. He has successfully worked for hundreds of enterprises domestic and abroad as project counselor, process attorney, long-term corporate lawyer etc. All his legal services enjoy a good reputation. Moreover, he is attentive to jurisprudential study. He has published almost a hundred academic articles in many newspapers and periodicals. He is the editor-in-chief of the magazine Law Graduate Students. He also participates in the composing and publishing of several books, such as The Dictionary of International Law and A Tutorial of Private International Law. In 2003, he presided in the subject Research on Legal Issues of a Listed Company Administration’s Purchasing , which was co-researched with Shanghai Stock Exchange, and emceed the Special Report Meeting which had already been published by Fudan University . Being elected as advanced staff in the attorney system, as well as an excellent lawyer and excellent Party member for several times, he was elected as the Excellent Party Member of the Year of 2003 by Guangdong Province Bar Association. He won the prize of Shenzhen Excellent Law Disquisition as well.
