Mr. Zhang graduated from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL) with a Master Degree of Procedural Law (1997-1999 Chongqing) and obtained his Ph.D. degree in Procedural Law from SWUPL in 2006. He has been a postdoctoral researcher in Economics and Management in Tsinghua University since 2006. He is also a member of the finance and corporate committee of China National Lawyer’s Association and the head of Institute of Finance and Capital Market of Zhejiang School of Finance and Economics.

 

 

Dr. Zhang’s main professional areas are share market, finance, investment, corporate legal affairs and business litigations. He also possesses strong expertise in risk investment and private placement.

 

 

Before joined the AllBright Law Offices as a senior partner in 2001, he had been working in Hangzhou Securities Regulatory Special Office of China Securities Regulatory Commission and Grandall Legal Group (Hangzhou). In his professional career life, he has successfully managed asset restructure and domestic or overseas stock listing for more than 40 companies such as MAYER HOLDINGS LIMITED, TWT HOLDINGS LTD (the first mainland manufacturing company listed in Australia). Dr. Zhang also acts as a legal consultant or independent director for many listed companies and government organizations.
