Wang Zuojun received his LL.M. from the East China Institute of Politics & Law. Mr. Wang taught at Tongji University and lead the in-house Counsel division. He served as Director of the Tongji Branch of the Shanghai No. 5 Law Firm. During the 1990s, he was a researcher at the Shanghai International Enterprise Integrative Development Stratagem Research Laboratory. Mr. Wang then came to AllBright Law Offices as a partner.

Mr. Wang has studied enterprise integrative development stratagem, international currency, finance, securities, investment analysis and project operations for many years. He has compiled many theories and experiences while providing legal advice on world market stratagem, foreign business expansion, foreign branch setup, international capital market operations, and mergers and acquisitions.
