Practice area
Japanese corporations’ direct investment in China and M&A towards Chinese enterprise, as well as regular legal affairs, arbitration and litigation of Japanese-funded enterprises in China, corporate finance (IPO and overseas listing of Chinese enterprise).
 
Working Experience
After she passed the PRC bar examination in 1988, she resigned her job as a judicial officer for the government and started her career as a professional attorney. Before her study in Japan, she handled many civil and criminal litigation cases. She was also appointed as the legal advisor for state-owned enterprises. After graduating from Waseda University in Japan , she practiced at former Tokyo Shiroyama Sogo Law Office. She became a partner of Allbright Law Offices in 1999. It’s also the year that the Allbright Law Offices was established. Now she is the legal advisor for many Japanese corporations listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, including banks in Japan, trading companies, electrical appliances manufactures, multinational companies, construction companies , logistics enterprise and etc. She has been elected as one of the top ten female lawyers in Shanghai in 2004. This election has been the second one since the re-establishment of attorney system in China. Recently her story has been reported by the well-known Japanese legal magazine The Lawyers as the cover story for her success in and contribution to the promotion in bilateral trade and exchanges of legal matters between the two countries.
