He has worked as a lawyer since 1980 and mainly specializes in domestic and international securities, international investment, incorporation, asset restructuring, international trade, and real estate. He is much experienced in the area of securities, and once acted as the legal advisor for stock issuing, listing, distribution of stock, share transfer, and asset restructuring of six listed companies. He has such seniority as a lawyer that he has acted as the legal advisor for many transnational companies such as Enron Corp., CITIC Pacific (China) Investment Co., Ltd., ALSTOM (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and many state-owned enterprises such as State Power Corporation of China and Shanghai Metro Operation Co., Ltd. in the areas of real estate, purchase of company, construction, etc. During his twenty-plus years in the profession, he has handled many civil and economic litigation cases and international arbitrations, and has earned a good reputation among his clients.
