Li Peiliang is a graduate of the East China University of Politics & Law with an LL.B. Mr. Li later earned his LL.M. at Fudan University . At Shanghai International Studies University , he conducted advanced studies on Japan in National Securities Law, Hong Kong Law, American Law, Contemporary International Trade Law, and Real Estate Law. He later went to Japan to study international finance and transnational corporate legal services.
Prior to serving as a partner at AllBright Law Offices, Mr. Li practiced with the Shanghai Bao Steel Group, Shanghai Foreign Investment Committee Pudong Development Offices, Mitsubishi Corporation Shanghai Office, Shanghai Li Guo Ji Law Firm, Shanghai Pudong Law Offices, Shanghai Q&L Law Firm, Nissin Food Products Co., Ltd., Sanyo Electric Trading Co., Ltd., Matsushita Electric Works, Ltd., Dentsu Inc., Kao Corporation, and Yokohama Industrial Development Corp. Mr. Li specializes in securities, real estate, international trade, investment, corporate, and financial law. Mr. Li serves as a director for the management board of the Shanghai Foreign Investment Enterprise Association and on the legal counsel team for the Pudong New Area Peoples Government.
Mr. Li visited Japan with the Chinese Youth Legal Representative during 1994. In 1995 he visited New York , Philadelphia , and Seattle , where he exchanged ideas on Chinese and American laws and management of law firms with professors at the University of Washington and attorneys at several firms. In 1998 he was invited by the Nagoya Bar Association in Japan to speak on Chinese law. |
