Lawrence Zhu earned his LL.B. at the East China Institute of Politics & Law. Mr. Zhu then practiced at the Shanghai No. 1 Law Firm. In 1994, he participated in the foundation of Shanghai Fu Xuanjie & Associates. In 1997 he worked in Australia during a cooperative effort with Blake Dawson & Waldron. While in Australia, he interpreted treatises entitled Project Financial Risk and Risk Management as well as several contract documents, which were selected as model teaching materials for the State Symposium of Attorneys on the BOT Project.

Now, Mr. Zhu is a partner with AllBright Law Offices. Mr. Zhu is an expert in establishing corporations, investment and financing, project financing and investment of large and medium scale infrastructure projects. He provided legal services for ALCATEL in establishing the Shanghai ALCATEL Kanghua Cable Co. LTD., in establishing INTEL Corporation's sole corporation in Shanghai, and in the A share issue of Shanghai Fuxin Industrial Co., LTD.
