Jiang Cong Hua ， received Bachelor of Law in 1985, LLM in 1991, both from Jilin University. He has worked in Changchun Public Security Bureau, the People's Prosecutors' Office in Zhenjiang Province , Zhejiang University. In 1989 he received Chinese Bar license. In May 1994, he became the deputy director of Zhejiang University Xinjian Law Firm. In July 1997, he became a partner of Zhenjiang Xin An Law Firm and deputy director, and later served as director. He joined Shanghai AllBright Law Offices Hangzhou Branch in September 2001. Mr. Jiang is relied upon by many clients including government departments, organizations, and enterprises, owing to his hard work and sound knowledge of theory. He is the legal counsel of many famous organs such as Zhejiang Province Planning Committee, Zhejiang Province Economics and Trade Committee, Zhejiang Province Electric Power Bureau, Zhejiang Province Public Bidding Office of Important Engineering Projects, China Telecom Zhejiang Branch, China Lian Tong Zhejiang Branch, and Transportation Bank Hangzhou Branch.

Aimed at the demands in legal service internationalization, Mr. Jiang strengthened exploits in the fields of electric power, telecom, which gradually occupied the Zhejiang market. Meanwhile, he undertook the bidding project for Zhajiasu Highway , providing perfect legal services for city foundation construction bidding and development. He developed a school of his own in Zhejiang Province .

Furthermore, Mr. Jiang practices in the areas of building construction, real estate, assets reorganization, finance, environment protection, intellectual property rights, and administrative tort. He has succeeded in handling cases in economics and civil and administrative litigation that were complicated with new elements. Among those cases are: Zhonghui Spinning Stock Co., Ltd. purchasing Zhenhai Cotton Spinning plant; Xin Li Drinking Co., Ltd. liquidation bankruptcy; Zhenjiang Province Construction Bank Jianda Business Co., Ltd. liquidation bankruptcy; Yiwu Baixing Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Yiwu Finance Exploiting Co., Ltd., Yiwu Finance and Tax Bureau assets ownership cognizing; Yiwu Baixing Real Estate Co., Ltd. suit with Yi wu Finance and Tax Bureau, Yiwu Business Administration Bureau of tort.
