Mr. Hong's main practice areas are dispute resolution and general corporate legal services.

In the field of dispute resolution, Mr. Hong has abundant experience in judicial practice, and is good at various civil and commercial disputes, including equity disputes, investment and financing disputes, commercial contract disputes, international trade disputes, labor disputes, bankruptcy and liquidation, etc. Mr. Hong is able to provide clients with efficient and reliable legal strategic analysis and practical optimal solutions. Since practicing, Mr. Hong has handled various litigation and arbitration cases covering the Supreme People's Court of China, Provincial High People's Court, Shanghai Arbitration Commission, SHIAC and other arbitration institutions, and accumulated extensive experience in dealing with complex civil and commercial disputes. In addition, Mr. Hong also hosted the application for bankruptcy liquidation of Element Fresh China, a well-known catering chain company, and represented Element Fresh in handling a large number of lawsuits and labor arbitration cases in China.

Furthermore, Mr. Hong has served as the legal counsel of many large enterprises, including Broadcom Corporation, Euroports, Tohei Sangyo, Sanofi, Stolt-Nielsen Group, Socomec, NETZSCH, Malvern Panalytical, Raffles Hospital, Micromeritics, Mitsubishi Electric, R&M, WinGD, Thomas Cook, Hudong Heavy Machinery, China Ship Research and Development Academy, Zhongrong Trust, Tianchen Group, Shanghai Tobacco Group, China Shipbuilding Huadong Industry & Investment Co., Ltd., Evergrande Neoenergy Technology Group, UnionPay Smart, China UnionPay Data, YTO Express.

Mr. Hong graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree of Master in Law. Before joining AllBright Law Offices in 2013, he worked for Alibaba Group.
