Her spouse’s work was related to futures trading, with strong income-generating capacity but also substantial opacity, and the business operated in a workshop-style model, relying on internal team support and involving significant operational risks. Through multiple meetings, the team helped Ms. Zhang clarify the situation, analyze various risks associated with the family’s income sources, and draft family agreements and risk control agreements.
