On November 7th, at the Main Forum of the World Internet Conference in Wuzhen, the National Immigration Administration and the Cyberspace Administration of China jointly launched “SinoGuide,” an information service app for foreign nationals.

SinoGuide is designed for foreigners coming to or living in China and provides 31 commonly used online services in both Chinese and English, including policy guidance, news updates, daily-life services, and language assistance. The app covers high-frequency scenarios such as inquiries on entry–exit policies, stay-expiry reminders, exchange-rate checks, online payments, one-click ride-hailing, food delivery ordering, utility bill payment, and language learning. It also supports one-click translation of Chinese interface pages. The app is currently available in selected Android app stores. Additional functions will be developed to further enhance the convenience of digital services for foreign users.
