Mr. Song Mingjun specializes in Securities and Capital Markets, Corporate & Mergers and Acquisitions, and State-owned Assets & State-owned Enterprises.

In his practice, he has advised on a wide range of transactions, including domestic and overseas initial public offerings, refinancing of listed companies, material asset restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate bond issuances and asset securitization, private equity and venture capital investments, as well as compliance and corporate governance for listed companies.
