Mr. Min specializes in civil, commercial, and criminal litigation and arbitration. He has extensive practical experience in the following areas:

Real Estate and Construction Disputes: covering the full spectrum of disputes including joint development, property transactions, and commercial leasing;
Cultural and Media Industry Disputes: involving copyright licensing, talent agency, and novel disputes concerning IP-derived rights;
Investment and Financing Disputes: including complex matters such as enforcement of valuation-adjustment mechanisms (VAM), equity repurchase, and private equity fund exits.

Mr. Min has represented numerous private equity funds in disputes across various phases of fundraising, investment, management, and exit. He also provides litigation services to branches of foreign banks in China.

In addition, Mr. Min has rich practical experience in market regulation compliance and enforcement, including:
