Kingward Gan is a partner of AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai.
Mr. Gan’s main practice area is international business legal matters, including, but not limited to international trade, cross-border investment, mergeracquisition,international litigationarbitration. Mr. Gan, acting as the gerneral legal advisor and trading advisor, assisted the clients to foumulate business strategies and tax arrangement. Mr. Gan keeps long term cooperative relationship with law firms of Europe and USA. to render one-stop cross-border legal service.
Mr. Gan also has abundant experience in securities and finance, mainly focusing on legal practice concerning insurance of securities and bonds, A and reorganization, private equity investment and financing.. Mr. Gan is good at giving full legal support for financial institutions, public companies, venture capital and private equity on risk control, investment consultation, acquisition audit, transaction planning, conceptual design and implementation, etc.
In 2012, Mr. Gan, as a visiting lawyer, was dispatched to Cades Schutte LLP of USA by Shanghai Judicial Bureau for communication.
Mr. Gan obtained his LL.M. from Southwest University of Political Science Law.
