Allbright Law Offices has advised WasabiCard, an offshore stablecoin payment infrastructure platform, in connection with two rounds of financing totaling nearly USD 10 million. The financing was backed by leading venture capital firms including Avenir Group, Vernal Capital, Vision Plus Capital, and 01VC. The new funding will be used to strengthen WasabiCard’s global payment capabilities, enhance card issuing and payout infrastructure, accelerate international expansion, and support continued investment in compliance, product development, and operational excellence.
