Since starting his practice, he has handled hundreds of litigious and non-litigious cases in these fields, covering the majority of case types related to intellectual property and competition law. Among these cases are several landmark cases that have had significant influence, including one unfair competition case where the damages awarded exceeded RMB 600 million. Another patent infringement dispute case was selected for inclusion in the Supreme People's Court Bulletin.

Lawyer Huang is particularly skilled in handling novel cases of unfair competition, full-cycle legal protection and management of corporate trademarks and brands, software copyright compliance and legal protection, establishment of intellectual property management systems, and offensive and defensive strategies in patent litigation. In his practice, Lawyer Huang excels at deeply researching the commercial logic of clients' industries to provide integrated legal services encompassing compliance, rights protection, and value-added services.

In addition, Lawyer Huang has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, having successfully overturned multiple major commercial second-instance litigation cases involving tens of millions of yuan.
