CHEN, Feiyi

Mr. Chen Feiyi is a lawyer with extensive experience in maritime and admiralty law, logistics and transportation, insurance, and international trade. He has provided end-to-end legal services in litigation and arbitration for major domestic and international shipping companies, insurers, and logistics enterprises. He also serves as long-term legal counsel to a number of logistics and trading companies, handling a significant volume of cargo damage and shortage claims. He is well-versed in insurance surveying, inspection, and adjustment, and has strong expertise in dispute resolution across various modes of transport, including sea, road, rail, and air.

Mr. Chen has represented shipowners’ P&I clubs, leading domestic and international shipping lines, logistics companies, insurance companies, financial leasing companies, shipyards, terminals, and other maritime stakeholders in numerous high-profile and complex matters. His practice covers a wide range of areas, including carriage of goods by sea, bills of lading, charterparties, marine insurance, vessel collisions, fire incidents, salvage, freight forwarding, international sale of goods, cargo insurance, as well as road and air transport disputes.
