HUANG, Yue

Huang Yue's primary practice areas include corporate and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), cross-border investment, private equity, as well as securities and capital markets.

Admitted in both the People's Republic of China and New York State, USA, Huang practiced at Zhong Lun Law Firm and JunHe Law Firm for nearly a decade prior to joining AllBright Law Offices. Huang possesses comprehensive end-to-end legal service capabilities and extensive experience in cross-border resource integration.

Huang has led numerous complex M&A transactions, including:
· Onewo (HK:2606)’s acquisition of Yango Intelligent Life Service Group Co., Limited and Bon Property Management Co., Limited;
· SYoung Group Co., Ltd. (SZ:300740)’s cross-border acquisition of EviDenS de Beauté;
· China Resources Environmental’s participation in the private placement of Sinze Technology (836780).

Huang also participated in multiple equity investments within the China Resources Group and SF Holding systems. She has led or played a key role in several IPO projects, including Onewo (HK:2606) and Redco Healthy (HK:1622).

Huang has provided extensive legal services to numerous funds and financial institutions, including Shenzhen Capital Group (SCGC), China Merchants Capital, CR Capital, CGN Capital, CICC Capital, Shum Yip Capital, OCT Capital, CNCB Investment, and Chinalco Capital. Her services cover fund formation, manager registration, equity investment, and investment exits.

Furthermore, Huang has assisted enterprises including GD Holdings, China Nanshan Group, and EVE Energy (SZ:300014) in the issuance of multiple green bonds, perpetual medium-term notes (MTNs), and other special bonds.
