XU, Mo

Mr. Xu has extensive experience in advising global and regional private equity and corporate clients on a wide range of strategically important transactions, including domestic and overseas offerings and listings, venture capital investments and formation of private equity funds, buyouts, divestitures, foreign direct investments and other cross-border transactions, particularly those with a China nexus.

With professional knowledge of the legal regimes of the PRC and the U.S., Mr. Xu is skilled at delivering pragmatic, legally sound and commercially focused advice to help clients successfully structure and execute their most complex equity transactions. Mr. Xu has acted as lead counsel in clients’ major deals, guiding clients at all stages of the investment cycle, many of which were subject to stringent governmental approvals and complicated cross-border structures.

Mr. Xu represents clients in a wide range of sectors ranging from private funds, investment bank, high-tech, gaming, healthcare, automobile, sports and leisure, food and beverage, hospitality, theme parks, real estate, logistics, energy, chemicals and to diverse manufacturing activities.
