AllBright Advises Rising Development on Convertible Bonds
2014-09-173972On September 12, 2014, Rising Development Holdings Ltd. (1004.HK) successfully issued HK$700 million convertible bonds at Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Rising Development will use the proceedings in purchasing and investing in solar energy projects.
Rising Development started its solar energy business in 2013. It has purchased a solar power project and signed many MOUs and framework agreements on purchasing and building solar power plants in China.
AllBright, led by partner Julia Zhu, was the Chinese legal counsel for this bond issuance.
