ABL Assists Israeli Incubator to Set Up a JV Company in Shanghai


The Trendlines Group, an internationally renowned Israeli incubator, successfully established a Sino-Israeli joint venture, Trendlines Medical Shanghai Innovation Center. The joint venture is officially settled in China-Israel Innovation Hub of Putuo, Shanghai, with AllBright Law Offices providing full-process legal services for the project.

The Trendlines Group is an internationally renowned incubator listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and headquartered in Israel. As an incubator company mainly dedicated to investment in the fields of medical equipment and agricultural technology, The Trendlines Group is different from venture capital fund that it comprehensively participates in all aspects of the company it invests in and provides a series of operation services for the incubated enterprises, including technological and business development. In July 2020, with the assistance and participation of AllBright Law Offices, The Trendlines Group successfully established the joint venture, Trendlines Medical Shanghai Innovation Center, officially settled in China-Israel Innovation Hub of Putuo, Shanghai.

By linking Israeli innovation institutions, innovation activities and achievements with Chinese scientific research institutions, industrial groups and financial capital etc., and providing one-stop service for Israeli innovative enterprises and entrepreneurial teams seeking to enter the Chinese market, China-Israel Innovation Hub (Shanghai) aims to build a complete ecological chain of China-Israel technology transfer, so as to promote China-Israel innovation cooperation and achieve win-win development. Since the official opening of the Hub in December last year, China-Israel Innovation Hub (Shanghai) has continuously incubated innovative projects from all over the world, covering manufacturing, artificial intelligence, health and life sciences, information technology and security and other cutting-edge fields, and has become a model of exchanges and cooperation between China and Israel in the field of scientific and technological innovation.

The establishment of Trendlines Medical Shanghai Innovation Center will not only attract foreign investment from top international companies, but will also ignite a new engine for the accelerated development of Shanghai's medical technology industry and contribute to the quality improvement and scale expansion of Shanghai’s medical technology industry.
