Customs Protection of IPRs
The Intellectual Property Team of AllBright regularly : assists clients in filing for customs protection of IPRs for the exclusive rights to use trademarks, copyrights and the copyright-related rights, and patent rights; applies for general guarantees for the customs protection of IPRs; provides training on the customs protection of IPRs as an agent; conducts risk analysis and applies for customs control and inspection; confirms the intellectual property rights of imported and exported goods; applies for customs to detain suspected infringing goods; cooperates with the customs in investigating infringement cases; participates in the disposal of confiscated infringing goods by the customs; assists in the transfer of infringement cases to the public security organs; acts for the civil claims in the infringement cases investigated and handled by the customs, as well as provides clients with comprehensive solutions for the customs protection of IPRs.
