Mr. Wang Jianyu's main areas of practice include corporate and mergers & acquisitions, international trade and cross-border investments, as well as securities and capital markets; with industry sectors including the internet and information technology, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining AllBright Law Offices, Mr. Wang served as a perennial and special legal advisor for several state-owned and private companies for many years. He also served as a senior partner in two Chinese law firms. Currently, Mr. Wang is deeply involved in the Hainan Free Trade Port, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the East China and coastal regions. Taking full advantage of the historical opportunity presented by China's modernization and high-quality development, Mr. Wang provides comprehensive legal services throughout the entire process for various major industrial chains.

Mr. Wang is adept at handling a variety of complex commercial and economic contracts, designing legal frameworks, participating in significant business negotiations, and assisting in transactions. Over the years, Mr. Wang has helped parties recover substantial asset losses through litigation and non-litigious procedures, and has generated considerable output and revenue. Mr. Wang's team is capable of providing one-stop comprehensive legal services for Hainan Free Trade Port high-tech enterprise industrial chains, construction engineering and real estate, food, agricultural and sideline products, and key industrial parks, in areas such as industrial investment and financing, and international trade and cross-border investments.
