On June 29, 2014, AllBright co-hosted the 47th Tongji Business Elites Salon – China’s Multi-layer Capital Market with Development Institution of Tongji University and Economic Policy and Legal Research Center of Tongji University. Deputy Dean of Development Institution of Tongji University, Tongji University Law School Professor and AllBright associate Dr. Zhu Guohua presided over the event. Business elites from financial, legal and corporate sectors in Shanghai shared their expertise and experience with MBA, EMBA and law school students of Tongji University.

Mr. Zhu delivered the opening speech while other distinguished guests delivered brief keynote speeches. AllBright partner Jennifer Wang delivered a speech on the development of China’s New OTC BB, related legal issues and practices and how corporations can replenish capital by listing on the OTC BB. Other distinguished guests delivered speeches at the event included Professor Zhu Guohong from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Li Jisheng, general manager of Yuankai Investment and Tongji University alumni.
