YU, Siyao

Attorney YU holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. He currently serves as a member of the Criminal Committee of AllBright Law Offices, a researcher at the Research Center for Financial Regulation and Criminal Governance of ECUPL, and is certified as a Senior Enterprise Compliance Officer.

Benefiting from a solid educational background and first-hand experience in handling hundreds of cases, Dr. YU excels in addressing major and complex legal issues and is capable of providing accurate assessments of case outcomes based on specific circumstances. With a deep understanding of Chinese law, judicial practice, and administrative regulations, he has successfully represented clients in a number of high-impact cases involving finance, taxation, smuggling, intellectual property, and duty-related crimes throughout his career.

Dr. YU also holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Leeds in the UK and previously worked at the European office of a renowned law firm, enabling him to use English proficiently as a working language. In the areas of anti-fraud and criminal risk incident response, Dr. YU has a wealth of practical experience, skillfully integrating theory and practice to help clients accurately identify risks and develop effective solutions and strategies, thereby safeguarding their interests to the greatest extent.
