Mr. Bao’s core practice areas cover intellectual property, M&A, and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining AllBright Law Offices, Brian worked at Cabinet Beau de Loménie in France, where he focused on international patent prosecution and intellectual property dispute resolution. He primarily provided professional legal support to overseas companies and foreign-invested enterprises on various intellectual property issues arising from their operations in China. During this period, his clients included renowned enterprises such as LG Group, France Télécom, European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS), and Essilor Group.

In 2011, Brian officially joined AllBright Law Offices, where he has since focused on the three core practice areas of intellectual property, investment and mergers & acquisitions, and dispute resolution. He has long served as legal counsel for numerous well-known foreign-invested enterprises, providing them with full-process legal services covering equity structure design, joint venture agreement drafting, company establishment, domestic reinvestment, investment and mergers & acquisitions, labor and personnel management, and other aspects, helping enterprises operate in compliance and prevent legal risks. His representative clients include L&P Group, Kraft Heinz, Wickerder Group, SWA Architecture, Standard Chartered Bank, BNP Paribas, RFS, Microchip, and Compak Group.

Mr. Bao holds both the Chinese Lawyer Certificate and Patent Attorney Certificate. He is proficient in working in both Chinese and English, enabling him to precisely meet the legal service needs of domestic and international clients and provide cross-lingual and cross-disciplinary professional legal support.
