Kit brings over 18 years of sophisticated transactional experience to AllBright, with a preeminent focus over the last 11 years on the pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer health sectors. She serves as a trusted advisor to life sciences founders, corporations, and investors.

Her practice encompasses:
■ M&A & Private Equity: complex domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and VC/PE investments.
■ Life Sciences Strategic Transactions: early-stage R&D partnerships, global and local licensing, co-development/co-commercialization deals, "NewCo" structures, authorized generics, etc.
■ Life Sciences Operational & Supply Chain Matters: CRO/CMO/CDMO agreements, CTA/IIT agreements, commercialization licenses, complex distribution and supply frameworks, (co-)promotion arrangements, etc.
■ Industry Advisory.

Kit has extensive experience in transactions across multiple jurisdictions, including China, the U.S., Europe, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. She possesses a unique background in leading large-scale, complex deals and coordinating multi-jurisdictional legal teams.

Work experience

• Prior to joining AllBright in 2025, Kit was a member of the global transaction legal team at Johnson & Johnson’s, where she led Innovative Medicine and MedTech transactions across China and other Asia-Pacific markets for over four years. Her MNC transaction in-house expertise started at Medtronic, where she managed transactional matters and investment funds in Greater China for 5 years. Kit’s foundational rigor was developed over seven years in private practice at leading international and domestic firms, including Gide Loyrette Nouel, King & Wood, and JunHe.
