Zhang Guanghui is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His principal practice areas include capital markets, corporate and mergers and acquisitions, as well as investment and financing.

Mr. Zhang is experienced in capital markets, corporate governance, and private equity, and has extensive experience in handling domestic and overseas IPOs, corporate equity structure design, equity incentive schemes, corporate acquisitions and M&A transactions, as well as related dispute resolution.
