On September 12, 2014, Real Estate Opportunities and Legal Risks Summit, co-hosted by AllBright, the Shanxi Lawyers Association, and the Taiyuan Arbitration Commission, was grandly held at Parkview Hotel in Shanxi. Distinguished guests at the event included Taiyuan Arbitration Commission Director Yin Xiaolong, Shanxi Lawyers Association Deputy Chair Zhang Peiyi, Director of Shanghai Municipal Government’s Office in Shanxi Province Xiang Yinghua, and lawyers from the AllBright Real Estate Committee. Renowned domestic real estate developers including Shanghai Greenland Group also joined the event.

AllBright partner Qian Miao delivered a speech entitled Legal Practices that Creditors Should Know during the Real Estate Project Finance segment of the summit. Other industry veterans from legal services and real estate sectors also shared their insights with the audience during the event. Industry experts from the Shanxi Lawyers Association and the AllBright Real Estate Committee had an in-depth discussion on topics including the impact of property registration requirements and estate duties on real estate industry in China.
