Mr. Yang specializes in private equity investment, fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, general corporate matters and so on. Mr. Yang participated in numerous PE projects and had a profound knowledge of variable investment structure and investment documents, representing many PE funds, such as Brookfield, CICC Capital, SBCVC, CDH Investment, V Star Capital, etc. to provide legal services for investments in respect of TMT, education, life science and health care, retail, new energy and industrial production areas. Mr. Yang has rich experience in representing buyers and sellers in respect of merger and acquisition areas, such as representing Brookfield in its acquisitions of some targets, the seller in the sale project of a foreign-funded hospital in Guilin, the seller in the sale project of a property management company in Shanghai, the buyer in the acquisition project of an algorithm company in Chengdu, and the buyer in the acquisition project of an automobile company in Xiamen. Besides, Mr. Yang is well-experienced in capital markets and can handle complex legal issues, whose representative projects include the A-share listed company acquisition project of a local state-owned enterprise, and some Hong Kong listing projects.
