Yiyong Wang

Mr. Yiyong Wang is the partner at Allbright Law Offices, mainly working in Suzhou office.

Mr. Yiyong Wang’s main practice field is including FDI, trading, M&A and financing. Mr. Yiyong Wang has provided a considerable amount of legal services to prominent domestic and foreign companies in Shanghai, Jiangsu etc., involving industries such as manufacturing, financing, mining, telecommunication, pharmaceuticals R&D, real estate, international trade and so on. As a team leader, Mr. Yiyong Wang continuously provides legal services, relating to the daily operation of the company, to foreign invested companies and prominent domestic companies in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Wuxi etc. In the past years Mr. Yiyong Wang has acted as a coordinator to participate in litigations in United States and Europe on behalf of Chinese clients. Several times Mr. Yiyong Wang successfully handled anti-dumping investigations launched by Chinese government on behalf of foreign participants.

Mr. Yiyong Wang got a bachelor’s degree in law, in Soochow University in 2001. He was engaged in notary at SIP Notary Public Office after graduation and started his attorney career from 2002.

Mr. Yiyong Wang is the councilman of Suzhou Bio-pharmaceutical Association and member of ACLA.

Mr. Yiyong Wang is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English.
