Jordan Yang is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Beijing. His practice areas include corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, anti-trust, and intellectual property.
Mr. Yang has spent more than a decade in practice assisting his clients with investment-related legal matters. He has represented his clients in cross-border investment and commercial transactions, including foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Yang is also experienced in advising his clients on corporate compliance, issuance of stock and bonds, commercial negotiations and dispute resolution. Mr. Yang’s clients come from a variety of industries, including finance, real estate, energy, pharmaceuticals, and information technology.
Mr. Yang graduated with an LL.M. from the Northwestern University School of Law in the United States and also received a graduate certificate in business management from the Kellogg School of Business.
Mr.Yang is a practicing lawyer in China and is also qualified to be an independent director for listed companies on the Shenzhen stock exchange. His working languages are Mandarin and English.
