YANG, Anne

Ms. Yang specialized in corporate law ，mergers and acquisitions, real estate and infrastructure， international trade, commercial litigation and arbitration. Since practicing, Ms. Yang has been paying long-term attention to foreign investment and conducting in-depth research, possessing rich practical experience. At present, Ms. Yang Yan mainly serves as a legal advisor for multiple industry associations, chambers of commerce, Taiwanese funded enterprises, Japanese funded enterprises, and private enterprises, assisting clients in handling foreign investment equity disputes and foreign investment projects.

Ms Yang co-authored the book "Striving for Victory" with colleagues in 2004, which was published by Legal Publishing House; In 2006, Ms Yang edited the "Comparison of Legal Practice across the Taiwan Straits" published by Xinhua Publishing House, which was also published in Taiwan. In 2009, Ms Yang edited "Preliminary Exploration of Legal Services for Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce", which was published by Sichuan University Press and received recognition from many presidents of industry associations and chambers of commerce. In 2017, Ms Yang participated in the preparation of two books, namely, the Guide to Chengdu Foreign related Legal Services - Domestic Investment and the Guide to Chengdu Foreign related Legal Services - Overseas Investment, which provided legal assistance for the construction of Sichuan Free Trade Zone and the promotion of the the Belt and Road strategy in Chengdu.
