Brendon’s major practice areas include cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital, capital markets, outbound direct investment, and general corporate & compliance matters. He has extensive industry experience providing legal services across TMT, Internet, mobile applications, artificial intelligence, consumer retail, natural resources, education and training, among other sectors.

Throughout his practice, Brendon has represented renowned private equity and venture capital funds on minority equity investments domestically and internationally, covering sectors including Internet, consumer and retail, healthcare, enterprise services and intelligent manufacturing. He has also advised numerous startups and founders on completing multiple rounds of financing, establishing offshore equity structures, and providing full-spectrum legal support for overseas listings.

In addition, Brendon has led and participated in numerous cross-border M&A and outbound investment projects, offering end-to-end special-purpose legal services such as transaction structuring and deal closing implementation. He also acts as ongoing general legal counsel for domestic and overseas listed companies, foreign-invested enterprises and startups on a retainer basis.
