Li Xianying is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His practice areas include banking and finance, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Li focuses his efforts on litigation in the fields of banking, trusts, securities and insurance. He has represented clients in many litigation cases such as loan guarantee disputes, L/C disputes, corporate entity disputes, securities repurchase disputes, wealth entrustment disputes, disputes over the transfer of beneficiary rights of trusts, disputes over the payment of trust interests, insurance claims settlement disputes, disputes over illegal absorption of public deposits, and loan fraud. Mr. Li also handles non-litigation matters including land development trust, real estate investment and financing, and municipal infrastructure investment and financing.

Mr. Li has been retained as a member of the panel of legal counsels of the People’s Government of Pudong New Area since 2003 and has been providing legal services to several notable financial institutions.
