Mr.Dong has advised clients with respect toHR management, corporate legal affairs, corporate restructuring, As and reorganization of assets, real estate, foreign investment, IPR protection, litigation and arbitration representation, and dispute resolution. Heespecially focuses on HR legal service, and adviseshis clients with respect tolabor relations management, personnel placement in corporate As and reorganization, design and formulation of managerial systems such ascollective andlabor contracts, employee handbook and corporate rules and regulations, business trade secretsand IPR protection, non-disclosure and non-competition agreements, class actions by employees, and labor dispute arbitration. He has successfully handledSOEs reform, employee dismissals in connection withbankruptcy liquidation of foreign-funded companies, implementation of personnel placement involved in relocation of enterprises, and hasprovided many prominententerprises with legal services concerning HR management.
Prior to joining AllBright Law Offices, Mr. Dong worked as a partner inseveral notable Shanghai law firms where he successfully represented various international and domestic clients in hundreds of litigation and corporate matters relevant to employment issues.
Mr. Dong was honored with the title of “Leading Individual” by the Shanghai Judicial Bureau, and has also received a number of other recognitions by the Chinese government.
Mr. Dong obtained his LL.B. from Nanjing University. He is also a member of the Employment Law Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
