Allbright assists Dana Holding Corporation in completing major cross-border restructuring projects
2018-07-137729At the end of June 2018, the cross-border reorganization project between Dana Holding Corporation and Taiwan Yulon Group/China Motors, which was handled by Allbright, was officially completed, with a transaction value of more than one billion dollars.
Dana Holding Corporation is a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange. Founded in 1904, it is the world’s leading manufacturer of automotive transmission systems, seals and thermal management products. This major cross-border restructuring transaction lasted nearly a year and involved jurisdictions including the United States, Luxembourg, Thailand, Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
