AllBright Wins Bid to Advise on Shanghai Commerce Commission’s Chinese Corporations Going Abroad Project

On December 7, 2014, AllBright won the bid to advise on the Shanghai Commerce Commission’s 2014 Chinese Corporations Going Abroad Project – 2015 Overseas Security Risk Alert Services. AllBright, in cooperation with LexisNexis, serve Chinese corporations expanding overseas via the Shanghai Commerce Commission’s Wechat account. 

AllBright partners Amy Ye and Leo Zheng led a team, which was composed of foreign legal consultant John D. Fitzpatrick, translators and other AllBright partners or senior associates, to select, translate, edit and deliver daily information on overseas security risks. AllBright partners Frank Cao and Mr. He Zhou, and associates Maple Cheng, Li Juansong, Yu Bingguang, and Zhu Min commented on overseas security risks in different areas. 

Besides delivering daily alerts, the team also offered weekly, monthly or other in-depth analysis of operating risks in overseas markets, rendering a full line of services to support Chinese corporations expanding abroad.
