AllBright Advises on Natural Gas Pipeline Syndicated Loan
2014-07-234317On June 16, 2014, Shanghai Gas (Group) Co., Ltd. signed a syndicated loan agreement for Shanghai Wuhaogou LNG Station Expansion Phase 2.
The Shanghai Wuhaogou LNG Station Expansion Phase 2 project will further enhance Shanghai’s supply capacity in emergency conditions and balance the supply and demand of natural gas in Shanghai. It is a major municipal project.
The syndicate consists of four banks and financial institutions, the ICBC Shanghai branch acting as the lead arranger, and Shenergy Group Finance Company and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Shanghai branch acting as co-arrangers.
