AllBright advises Shanghai West Bund Art Duty Free Development Co., Ltd. during its negotiation with Singapore Freeport Co.

Shanghai West Bund Art Duty Free Warehouse is located at the southern end of the Xuhui Bund strip. Boasting a floor area of 3,200 square meters, it is the largest duty-free warehouse in East China and the only duty-free warehouse for works of art. It will be managed by Singapore Freeport company. The warehouse was put into use in early 2014.

AllBright partners Ark Bao and Maggie Chen, and associate Qiu Qi advised West Bund company on the warehouse’s establishment, operation and management. The warehouse’s services also cover many other areas, such as comprehensive management, international logistics, customs clearance, foreign exchange management, taxation, and artwork insurance, etc.
