The legal service of infrastructure investment finance and PPP projects provided by Lawyer Liu includes various industries, such as water supply, sewage, waste treatment, roads, railways, airports and HOPSCA, etc. The projects include several national and provincial demonstration projects or representative projects with great influence in the industry. Besides, Lawyer Liu provides full legal services for the securitization, M & A，construction, dispute solution and one belt one road initiatives of infrastructure projects. At present, Lawyer Liu is a legal expert in the PPP expert database of the Ministry of Finance, an expert invited by the PPP experts database of National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC)，evaluation expert of the third and fourth batch of PPP demonstration projects of the Ministry of Finance, evaluation expert of the second batch of PPP demonstration projects of NDRC and a register legal expert of the Asian Development Bank.
