Du Xiaodong isa parter at AllBright Law Offices in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. His practice areas include banking and finance, international direct investments, A, and real estate investment.
Mr. Du has accumulated extensive experience in banking and financial projects by representing a number of Hong Kong banks in debt recovery and PRC direct investments, takeovers, and mergers. Mr. Du remains actively involved in structuring, negotiating and draftingfor joint venture, financial, and acquisition transactions. He has represented multiple Chinese companies in section 421 investigations initiated by the United States International Trade Commission and the Department of Commerce with respect to Chinese imports. Mr. Du has also provided legal services to many international funds, as well as many international real estate funds in acquiring PRC real estate projects, and has advised international equity funds on their investment in PRC enterprises.
Mr. Du joined AllBright in October 2005. Prior to that, he worked forthe Hong Kong office of an international US law firm.
Mr. Du graduated from Wuhan University with a bachelor’s degree in law in 1995.
Mr. Du is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English.
