Successfully assisted Kashgar Bank in achieving a 330 million yuan financial debt restructuring for Daolang Sunshine Company. Acting as an agent for more than 60 trademark rights protection disputes such as Tyrannosaurus spectacles, Baosheng spectacles, Yonghe soybean milk, etc., taking charge of evidence collection in Urumqi, Ningxia, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Gansu, and holding court sessions in Urumqi, Shihezi and Lanzhou. The trademark rights protection cases of Tyrannosaurus spectacles won the top ten typical cases of Xinjiang High Court in 2016. Provide legal services for the first unified legal person restructuring project of rural commercial banks in Hotan and Kashgar regions of Xinjiang. Provide specialized legal services for Urumqi Bank to absorb and merge 5 rural banks and establish branch offices.
