Mr. Xu's main practice areas are securities and capital markets, banking and finance, and corporate and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Xu has extensive professional experience in the field of securities and capital markets. He has led or participated in a number of initial public offerings and listings in the chemical industry, road transportation, textile industry, ship design, e-government, automobile industry and many other fields.
In the field of banking and finance, Mr. Xu has provided a full range of litigation and non-litigation legal services for a number of financial institutions in relation to financial loans, real estate or movable property mortgages, etc. At the same time, Mr. Xu has served as a special legal counsel for a number of trust projects and provided legal services for structured financing of many projects.
