Ms. Li possesses extensive expertise in cross-border investment and financing, with a track record of advising on complex Outbound Direct Investment (ODI) filings and overseas investment mandates for listed companies. Her team further demonstrates deep proficiency in the establishment and compliant operation of offshore USD-denominated funds.

Prior to joining AllBright Law Offices, Ms. Li served as Legal Director for seven years at a licensed financial institution under a leading financial holding group, gaining substantial experience in secondary market operations and regulatory compliance. She specializes in structured products and transactions—spanning cross-border structuring, exchange-traded, and over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives—and is highly adept at drafting and refining standard derivatives documentation. She has provided legal opinions to a range of financial institutions and market infrastructures on transaction documentation, execution-related compliance, and risk management. Ms. Li also possesses in-depth knowledge of the trading rules and compliance frameworks applicable to bulk energy trading platforms and has participated in rule-making for leading physical commodity trading platforms in the sector.

Since 2021, Ms. Li has advised multiple premier state-owned and central enterprise energy groups on legal matters pertaining to new energy investments, financings, and M&A transactions—covering photovoltaic, wind power, and integrated energy systems. In 2023-2024, the aggregate transaction value of the domestic and cross-border projects she has advised on exceeds RMB tens of billions.
