Ms. Jiang has the working experience in the field of Intellectual Property for more than 15 years. She focuses on the service of intellectual property relating to domestic litigation and arbitration cases, cross-border disputes, and with the rich experience of the said aspects providing the comprehensive IP protection solutions to the clients.

Before Allbright, she practiced in dealing foreign-related IP issues at some other top domestic and international law firms. Her expertise covers trademark, domain name, copyright, anti-unfair competition and etc., and she specializes in the trademark practice ranging from prosecution to litigation, including trademark administrative lawsuit, trademark civil lawsuit, administrative raid action, trademark licensing, recognition of well-known trademark, Customs protection, trademark search, application, assignment, renewal and etc..

The clients and brands that Ms. Jiang worked for include many Fortune 500 companies and international celebrities, including a series of cross-border acquisition and litigation cases, such as representing a famous foreign brand in the purchase program in China, representing a famous foreign explorer for his series IP protection cases including litigation, negotiation and etc., all of which have obtained good results and well safeguarded the rights and interests of the clients.

Ms. Jiang is currently a secretary of the Trademark Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association, member of Anti-unfair Competition Committee of INTA, member of the Foreign Lawyers Talent Pool of Beijing Lawyers Association and one of the first batch of mediators of the International Center for Dispute Prevention and Resolution (ICDPASO).

· Represented a famous French sporting brand to win several cases of review on refusal administrative cases by successfully convincing Beijing Higher Court to accept the letter of consent with various evidence, such as onsite investigation.
· Represented a world-famous outdoor explorer in the UK in serious cases of review on refusals through comprehensive and successful actions against the cited marks, such as invalidation, non-use cancellations etc.
· Represented a Culture Media Co., Ltd. in an administrative lawsuit for trademark non-use cancellation administration lawsuit case and help maintain house mark
