Yang Haifeng is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His practice areas include corporate, mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets, commercial matters, and tax.
Mr. Yang primarily advises clients in industries such as agriculture and forestry, chemical engineering, machinery, materials, information technology, electronics, mining, real estate, advertising, private equity, venture capital, and financing. He has led or participated in the restructuring and reorganization and IPOs of over ten companies, handled the investment and financing, and As of dozens of domestic and overseas companies, and he has also acted as retained legal counsel for more than ten companies and as the independent director of several listed companies.

Mr. Yang was recognized as an outstandingtransactional lawyer in Jing’an District, Shanghai in 2008.
