My principal areas of legal practice include private equity and venture capital, securities and finance, corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate and construction engineering, and comprehensive corporate legal services.

In the realm of private equity and venture capital, my services encompass the entire scope of activities, including fund formation and capital raising, project investments (not limited to legal due diligence and drafting of transaction documents), routine fund management and post-investment project management, exits for funds and investors, manager registrations, and fund registrations, with investment types mainly including equity investments, startup/angel investments, pre-REITs funds, mezzanine financing, and real estate investments.

In the field of securities and finance, I have participated as the signing and lead attorney in several initial public offerings (IPOs) and significant asset restructurings of listed companies (including reverse mergers), private placements, bond issuances, and asset securitizations, serving sectors not limited to food, construction, manufacturing, gaming, pharmaceuticals, and mining.

Furthermore, I have provided comprehensive legal services for numerous large-scale corporate mergers, acquisitions, and investment projects, as well as for various real estate company acquisitions and construction engineering acquisition projects (including projects under construction and completed properties).
