On January 23, 2015, AllBright Law Offices signed a retainer agreement with the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning to become its annually retained legal advisor. AllBright will help the Commission to review, from a legal perspective, its major administrative policies, cooperation projects and the strategic investment and disposal of state-owned assets. AllBright will also advise the Commission on the drafting of its laws, regulations, rules, legal norms and other important documents and to suggest revisions from a legal perspective. AllBright’s services also include providing legal opinions on drafts of laws, regulations and rules produced by the national government or Shanghai municipality during the solicitation of public opinions.
