On April 2, 2024, Zhibao Technology Inc. (the “Company”), represented by ABL Lawyers, commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) in the United States under the ticker symbol “ZBAO”. The Company is a leading and high growth InsurTech company primarily engaging in providing digital insurance brokerage services in China.
